Matters arising from  previous minutes

All on the Agenda. It was agreed that the minutes would be completed by police attending the meeting.

Law and order reports

The map shows the main issues.  Ladies handbags and mobile phones in the Brompton Road are far the biggest problem.  Eastern European are in the Marble Arch area.  Harrods and Brompton Road attract pick pockets.  Theft from MV’s in the Eaton, Chester, Trevor Squares, quarter lights are being broken. 

It was agreed to combine the Residential and Non Residential Burglary. NN wanted an extra column on the stats showing previous quarter. 

A report was given on the large amount of crime prevention advice given to Imperial College students in Freshers’ Week

The team has arrested two Romanians for immigration offences and they have subsequently been deported.

A detailed report was given by GH regarding a burglary from JAY MEWS where the suspect gained entry by jarring a glass door.
